Tandem Consulting is a team of collaborating consultants who are
experience-based, client-focused, and results-oriented. Experienced in
business management, corporate grantmaking, foundation management, and
not-for-profit leadership, team members bring highly specialized, yet
complementary, skills to the consultancy. Using its collective knowledge and experience in corporate and philanthropic management, the not-for-profit sector, and government agency services, the Tandem team works to develop an organization’s unique assets and its potential to achieve desired results. All of Tandem’s team members have led and participated in transformational change in organizations with which they have been associated. The team also has extensive experience and service with nonprofit boards and organizations. Tandem applies that experience and knowledge in advising and coaching others who are engaged in their organizations’ transformations.
